Radek Zemlicka

Radek is a second-generation potter who took over his family business in 1994. Since then, he has specialised in hand-thrown stoneware and porcelain tableware.
Wheel-thrown pottery allows for unique shapes, sizes, and colours, giving endless possibilities for creativity. At Touch Design Ceramics, we create original, durable stoneware and porcelain pieces for everyday use, all made on-site.
Our retail shop in Balbriggan is open Monday to Saturday, 10am–6:30pm, where customers can browse and purchase directly. I love meeting people, discussing their needs, and creating custom pieces on request, whether for home use or as personal gifts.
I also make bespoke orders for local cafés and restaurants.
Customers visiting the shop experience the full process and story behind each piece — a true connection between maker and buyer.
